Sri Lankan born producer Dropwizz is by far the most active producer in today’s scene. The man literally drops a track each day, always for a free download. Dropwizz’s latest release includes a festival trap take on Martin Garrix’s “Proxy” who oddly enough released the original for free the other day. Confirmed: Dropwizz is a super-producer.

If you’re a fan of EDM and have not heard Martin Garrix’s chart-toppin “Animals,” then you’ve probably been living under a rock these past few months. As expected, the remix and bootleg ship set sail immediately after its release. I compiled a list of a few notable edits, ones you can rage too and ones you will certainly get a kick out of. Take a jump past the break for the tunes…
By now, I’m sure everyone is familiar with 17 year old Martin Garrix from Holland. Two weeks ago, he became the youngest producerto top the Beatport Top 100 chart with his single “Animals.” It still holds the #1 spot to this day.
Just like with any other chart-topping electro jam, the trap remixes are already surfacing. Martin decided to take matters into his own hands with the help from Philly-based producer Victor Niglio. In his latest studio session (The Making of “Animals”), Martin stated that the remix will drop in 2-3 weeks as a free download. Listen to the preview below to hold you over and check back soon for the release!

A few days ago, Spinnin’ Records uploaded a clip titled “Animals” to their YouTube channel. No artist(s) were mentioned but the collab team of Hardwell & GTA bursted out all over the blogosphere. I’m not sure why people would believe this rumor as Hardwell would most likely release on his Revealed imprint.
Martin Garrix and Sidney Samson is presently the assumed creator. (UPDATE: Garrix tweeted that Samson was not a part of the collab.) This is not 100% confirmed; I even saw Bassjackers thrown in the mix. Regardless, “Animals” has the makings of a pounding, festival-style track that will certainly be a great follow up to Garrix & Samson’s “Torrent.” Spinnin’ did not provide any release date yet so stay tuned.
UPDATE(2): Official version surfaced via Billboard. Rumored to release June 17th.
Summer banger ‘Animals’ gets a nice variant thanks to local Tri-state duo Riggi & Piros. After having played in places like Pacha NYC, Karma and Bliss Lounge, it seems that these two have also started releasing their own remixes! Bring it on!
With all the hype about his forthcoming “Animals” track (which has yet to be fully confirmed), 16 year-old youngblood Martin Garrix previews a more confident production with respect to its proper owners. Garrix teams up with fellow Dutch youngsters TV Noise in “Just Some Loops.” The original does more that its title infers with the presence of some impressive electro synths and melodies. Official release is set for May 31st via Spinnin’ Records.
Shortly after his “Torrent” collaboration with Sidney Samson dropped on Tiesto’s Musical Freedom, teen superstar Martin Garrix teams up with Jay Hardway to drop the incredible “Error 404” on Sander van Doorn’s Doorn Records imprint. The melodies are big and the drop is so fat it will shatter all the sub bins.
