Follow this recipe for some delicious protein bars!

  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1 Cup Bob’s Red Mill 10 grain hot cereal
  • 2 Cups Quaker’s Instant Oats
  • 1 Cup Bob’s Red Mill Quinoa
  • 2-3 Scoops of Whey Protein Powder (about 60 grams worth of protein)
  • 2  tablespoons of Hemp Protein powder
  • 2-3 tablespoons of Navitas Naturals – Cacao Power Raw Powder Certified Organic Chocolate
  • 1-2 tablespoons of raw honey
  • 2-3 tablespoons of Smart Balance peanut butter (or any organic/natural peanut butter)
  • 2-3 tablespoons of PB2
  • 2 tablespoons of flaxseeds
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • Cinnamon
  • Organic Agave and Honey to taste
  • Dark chocolate chips (to taste)
  • Add Almond Milk while mixing (enough so everything combines but not too much where it becomes liquidy)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine everything in a bowl
  3. Place foil on a baking tray (add cooking spray to prevent sticking)
  4. After ingredients are combined, place onto foil and flatten with rubber spatula
  5. Place in oven for 8 minutes
  6. Take out (even if it looks “raw” because that is how it should look; do not want it to burn)
  7. Wait for it to cool a bit; then cut into squares and place into container; store at room temperature or refrigerate
