• 8-12 ounces of vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons vanilla/strawberry light and fit yogurt
  • Frozen fruit= few strawberries, handfull of blueberries, half banana, few pieces of pineapple (or whatever fruit you want)
  • 2 celery stalks.
  • Big leaf or 2 of kale
  • Few pieces of cucumber
  • 1 full carrot
  • 2 lemon and lime slices with skin
  • Bunch of spinach.
  • Cayenne pepper (don’t kill it too bad!)
  • Cinnamon
  • Some honey
