- 8-12 ounces of vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- 1 or 2 tablespoons vanilla/strawberry light and fit yogurt
- Frozen fruit= few strawberries, handfull of blueberries, half banana, few pieces of pineapple (or whatever fruit you want)
- 2 celery stalks.
- Big leaf or 2 of kale
- Few pieces of cucumber
- 1 full carrot
- 2 lemon and lime slices with skin
- Bunch of spinach.
- Cayenne pepper (don’t kill it too bad!)
- Some honey
