Put 1 hour on the clock: (Happy hour playlist) every time minute/song changes, do 20 pushups. (1200 push up workout) Can increase or decrease do make it easier or harder or can do for 30 minutes instead.  Also, can change exercise to pull ups and do 10 every minute or core work or anything!
