Sprints/shuffles/backpedals
Bear crawl/pushups
Lung walk/squats
Crabwalk/crunches
2x:Jumping Jacks (15)
Burpees (5)
Mountain Climbers (30 secs)
Star Jumps (10 reps)
Random Dancing (30 secs)

 Workout:
Strength: 
Hold dumbbells throughout workout
3x /20 secs on/ 10 secs rest (12 mins)
Push presses (20 secs)
Squats
Bent over row
Lunges
Pushups
Sumo Squats
Bicep Curls
Crunches

 Cardio 3x
Broad jump/ pushup
Jog to other side
Star Jumps
Shuffles
Mountain climbers (30 secs)
Back pedals
Burpees (30 secs)
Bear crawl
Wall sit against wall (30 secs)

Core: 3x  (12 mins)
Slow mountain climbers (10)
Mountain Climbers (20 secs)
Full Plank (20 secs)
Rest (10 secs)
Mountain Climbers (20 secs)
Side Planks (20 secs each)
Rest (30 secs)
Leg raise holds (20 secs)
Flutter kicks slow (20 secs)
Leg lateral kicks (20 secs)
Rest 30 secs

 Grand Finale/Cool Down:
Run/Plank Pyramid (10-30-10)
Run/Push-up pyramid 1-5-1
