WARM UP: (5 mins)
Jog/shuffles/high knees butt kickers
Mixed in exercises

WORKOUT:
CIRCUIT! (30 secs around once or twice) (can change exercises to anything you want)

Jumping Jacks, pushups, squat jumps, shoulder presses, mountain climbers, pull ups, lunges, jump rope, burpees, dumbbell rows, jump rope, squats, push ups, squat jumps, bicep curls, mountain climbers, triceps extensions, squat thrusts

Dumbbell GAME
Dumbbells in 4 corners or 2 or 3 sides depending on amount of people… for undisclosed amount of time, teams run to steal 1 dumbbell from another team at a time and bring it back to their side… everyone is doing this at the same time!

CARDIO:
PARTNERS (2xs each)

CORE:
Wall sits with dumbbell pass
Planks with dumbbell pass
Leg lifts with dumbbell pass

COOL DOWN:
Move around
